Istanbul Kültür University (IKU); The Faculty of Education hosted the "School Climate Summit Sensitive to Freedom from Addiction" organized in cooperation with Bakırköy District Directorate of National Education and Yeşilay.

The summit, held on December 23, 2025, at the Akıngüç Auditorium and Art Center in the Ataköy building of the Bakırköy Campus, brought together academic and practical solutions in the fight against addiction.

The new issue of the Journal of Education for Life, which has been contributing to the field of educational sciences for 36 years, has been published. There are research and review articles from preschool to higher education, from non-formal to formal education in this new issue. This issue of the Journal of Education for Life which brings together theory and practice in education also includes research from different universities in Türkiye. These researches are fully accessible to everyone due to an open access policy.

A meeting was held between the stakeholders on Tuesday, September 20 to support the application competencies of teacher candidates, which is one of the collaborations between the Faculty of Education and Kültür College with the vision of "Education from Kindergarten to University in Kültür". In the meeting hosted by Kültür College, Faculty of Education Dean's Office, Heads of Departments and Teaching Practice Department Coordinators, Kültür College Schools Coordinatorship, School Principals and teachers attended.
